I'd have a little more sympathy for my fellow Americans if the God-damned propaganda wasn't so freaking obvious. It's like everyone's swooning over a third grade production of Hamlet. Really? This is all it takes?

It's like the curtain gets pulled back revealing the Wizard of Oz and Dorothy and rest see it, but just go right on talking to the apparition, leading the Wizard to think, "I'm right to fool these people; their brains are on the order of turnips. Good thing I'm here to guide them, or it would all devolve into chaos. Seems I'm the real good guy here." This is diabolical but not necessarily wrong, as far as phoney Wizards go.

Our friends across the pond would call this a piss-take, and after Caitlin's article was the most honest thing I could come up with, desolate as it leaves us.

There is no flaw in everything you say. But it it the inteligencia of the English speaking world that is corrupt to a grade, that to use the term 'intelligentsia' is an euphemism. If these control freaks really are intelligent, if only in their dreams, where their self censure does not work in the way it does as soon as they look at a text or listen to an 'explanation', they (all) KNOW what is not simply going on, but what they are the 'willing helpers' of, to cite an expression of a book, that made headlines, while nobody seems to be able to realize, that it does not only talk about a yesterday somewhere far from here in another galaxy, but about the relationship of the 'intellectuals' to power, something Julien Benda called 'La Trahison des Clercs, referring to the analogous corruption of the Roman bishops when they began to be sponsored by imperial powers to become agents of cocial control.

The intellectual corruption is so deeply entrenched and renormalized, that you find it as the reference point of the whole system of semantic and pragmatic meaning distribution.

The imperialism extends to the universe of meaning, sense and is structurally implemented as well by the willing recruits of organized violence as they are molded to be functionaries of these structures. You can't even say they are brain washed brain washers. They are representative of the structures of institutionalized violence, since this is what 'state', 'society', 'competence' and 'qualification' mean in the practical sense of functions of a system conglomeration with a fine grained structure, that pervades the whole complex like a myzel, where the 'mushrooms' are the 'individuals' representing it.

And in a way everybody knows this and acts accordingly, as you can see when you look at the output of the outlets of explanation, where all the meanings orbit the black hole of the gravitational core of the structure to firm the white noise covering its perception.

Its' weird how you go on and on about "narrative" as though it's your proprietary concept or as though you're using a common journalistic term in some exceptionally novel way. As though you think you've solved the world's problems if only more people would listen to what you have to say. I guess the fact that you've managed to convince a devoted folowing that this is true, and get them to lap up your nonsense is enough to convincue you of the truth of it.

To me it just comes off as insufferably arrogant and annoying and you are way behind the curve on many, many things, but pretend to be cutting edge when you are the kind of person who's only dangerous when it's safe and down-punch on others who show far more courage than you would ever dream of doing.

The real Department of Aggression is the Five Eyes Anglophile Alliance of Britain and it's "former" colonies. America is the military wing of this alliance but those calling the shots are from Britain's GCHQ.
