What I especially love about this is the reference to new pharma "cures", simply because any good pharmacist will tell you that 95% of this crap is designed to mitigate symptoms, actually curing nothing. What you'll rarely see are studies asking the question "does chronic symptomatic relief actually mask the possibility of more comprehensive approaches that might be therapeutic rather than simply palliative. Pharma is possibly the most successful racketeer in the society, offering a superimposition of a diversity of Ponzi schemes designed to extract wealth and move it upward.

I personally am very close with two people who struggle with mental illness, so have seen how poorly our heathcare system works, while there is always more money for wars, bailouts, and Israel. As you point out, most every drop of our craziness is manufactured.
