Putin just agreed to sell gas to China four or five times cheaper than what europe pays and recognizes Taiwan as belonging to China, so the western plan to draw their two main adversaries ever closer is working brilliantly.

Our national trajectory continues to be determined by blatantly obvious well-heeled fuckups.

If anyone says that earlier in the same episode there was indeed ONE bear roaming around the streets of Springfield and the analogy fails because of that, I would remind them that the bear didn't do much harm at all (it wrecked a mailbox and that was it, not counting Flanders panicking just from seeing it and driving his car into a tree since the bear was just sitting there smiling) and that therefore creating a whole Bear Patrol just because of that one incident is an enormous overreaction. Just like going to war with Russia over the barely-greater-than-zero percent chance of them invading Ukraine would be an enormous overreaction, and the price would be way too high. Higher than just a Bear Patrol tax.

Hey wait, Americans are already paying the equivalent of a Bear Patrol tax, aren't they? The money for that ever-increasing military budget has to come from somewhere. Well, anyway, WW3 would make them poorer and also dead, so it's not worth it.

I've been saying for weeks this is pure "wag the dog" nonsense, and good on Caitlin for calling it out. Now, after failing to provoke the patient Russians, the West moves toward the claim that "we learned the lesson of Munich," stood up to the bear and thereby averted catastrophe. Just one thing you missed, Caitlin. Homer thanked Lisa for her complement after she said, "That's specious reasoning, Dad." No doubt some will thank both of us for pointing out the cleverness of the Biden/Democrat strategy. Meanwhile, the Republicans will ward off danger with their tiger rock; unfortunately, they will believe it.

No doubt the US media will soon be thanking France, Germany and Hungary for standing shoulder to shoulder with the US, as well as Ukraine, for its willingness to sacrifice its young men to restore Crimea to NATO after the Russians so rudely accepted its citizens' plea for protection from the neo-Nazi regime Victoria Nuland had installed in Kyiv in 2014. Perhaps Zelensky should offer to sell Crimea to NATO for a couple trillion dollars. It's worth a shot.

B grade movie script: Sniffy Joe saves Ukraine. Super Sniffy sure showed those Russians who is boss. Putin is real afraid of Sniffy. Sniffy may have actually help prevent WW3.

The Company needs better script writers. When the movie ending is obvious after the first few minutes of the movie that's just not good script writing. I need to give Sniffy Saves Ukraine a bad review. Weak plot, poor script writing, with sub par acting. The lead actor even had trouble remembering his lines.

Granted some may like a movie like this because they can have a bit part in the crowd scenes cheering Sniffy from the sideline....or should I say party line.

To many it is just as bad as the other release: Sniffy Tries to Save Democracy. In that one Sniffy tries his darndest to save us from unfair elections by making it easier to cheat.

Does MSM get compensation for the positive reviews on these cruddy movies or are the "journalists" part of the script?

As for The Company scriptwriters, come on guys you can do better. Remember the audience. Not everyone is ordering the kool aid at the refreshment stand in the lobby or is as cognitively challenged as the hero in he movie.

‘A Bear Trap in Ukraine?’ https://consortiumnews.com/2022/02/02/watch-new-cn-live-a-bear-trap-in-ukraine/

A -MUST-SEE- fascinating exchange hosted by Joe Lauria between Scott Ritter and Alexander Mercouris. Ritter covers the military side quite well explaining that if Russia wants to destroy Ukraine it need not invade. Mercouris speaks of the diplomatic options Russia has. Both are in tremendous alignment with how short-sighted the US actions are here.

Ritter explains that Germany needs Russian gas (this whole thing was because of Nordstream 2); Ukraine needs the payments they get from that gas transiting their country; Turkey is unhappy at the prospect of a war with Russia (along with another dozen NATO members); France and Italy are combining to negotiate with Russia on their own.

Mercouris explains the decades long-term diplomatic corps that Russia has; that Russia is a self-contained economy with plenty of foreign reserves so doesn't need to be in SWIFT so US sanctions are useless.

Ritter (and Pepe Escobar) talk about the SCO and the Belt and Road which blankets Asia and will be happy to keep trade within its organization. Look at the membership and realize the USA is doomed. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shanghai_Cooperation_Organisation#Member_states

Where will Apple build its iPhones? China's Hauwei basically copied Cisco's iOS. No reason to believe they won't do the same with Apple's iOS.

The USA is in for even worse economic conditions than we are experiencing now.

MSM completely missed the U.S.-backed installation of a neo-Nazi government in Kiev in Feb 2014, then screamed when Putin took back Crimea, which has been Russian since Catherine the Great.

Sam Seder was basically making a similar (editorial) reach in regards to the laughable Ned Price presser. Amazingly, Emma Vigeland didn't take the cheese on his ludicrous assertion and eye rolled him into oblivion.

"..... it's a safe bet that the rhetoric won't be getting any more logically sound any time soon".

How can all the once honest journalists accept working day by day for an employer like Murdoch (or any of the other tame, government controlled MSM), knowing that any comment that questions or reflects on the mindless stupidity of the West will end up in the trash bin?

After a day submitting to their dictates, then home to their families. Should they pass a mirror in the hallway, their image may make them question what it is they have to do to earn their salaries, forced to tow the party line yet again just to help Biden in the Blight House maintain a little credibility among those that put him there in the first place.

(Mind you, their choices were very limited at the time. Frightening, in fact…a Biden or a Trump = being caught between the Devil or the Deep Blue Sea)

And as Shakespeare wrote, "there's the rub".

You are given such poor choices. What would you give to have a decent list of candidates to lead your nation back to honesty in government. Then you must promise never to re-use all the has-been public servants that run their own murderous little empires. ('Doughnut Dolly' Nuland and the like).

Generate real candidates called Independents, some hopefully with the same guts that early Americans had when they rightly gave the British the heave-ho. They did it then and built a great country, eroded every decade since by greed, by new laws that are drawn up by the wealthy to favour the wealthy and then put into law by the subservient, corrupt slaves to the foreign lobby groups like Israel and their un-American AIPAC. The US will continue to be engaged in international power plays to contribute to an arrogant need to try and control the world while they, being geographically safe from harm, keep busy forming military alliances like AUKUS with a Biden / Johnson (British)/ Morrison (Australian) trio at the helm, a.k.a. The Three Stooges, equipped with nuclear submarines, expected in 2035. Now there’s something to look forward to.

One sees the efforts of people like Robert Kennedy Jnr and his Children's Health Defense and you realise that there must be a decent set of independent values in the majority of the 330 million US residents if he is rightly accepted as an refreshing example. They respected his uncle back in the 1960's at a time when the word Democrat meant the opposite of the meaning in 2022.

Finally, try and understand what BlackRock and Vanguard, the Israelis (with US donated / generated monies) and the corrupt political parties are doing to your country and give independents a run, remembering as well that this means independent journalists, writers and truth tellers. They are out there.

I suspected that I was attacked a second time at ST. FRANCIS on the back of my legs because I walked too well during our therapy session. Well, you or someone else; my message to you Matthew, the president, the Rothschild and Soros and whoever, is get yourself some professional help or kill yourself; you might think that killing kids is cool just because you were subjected to severe child abuse, but it's not. If this was meant as a warning from the CIA to stop criticizing the US. Then not only has the US lost its purpose but so too the CIA and everyone in it as well. Well, I won't shut up, but I will ask my God to start killing you all by thousands, starting immediately. Get yourself a better God if your present one puts you in so much misery.
