What We're Really Seeing With All These Anti-China Narratives

There's a good viral thread being shared around Twitter right now by China Daily's Ian Goodrum compiling a small selection of anti-China mainstream media headlines in answer to the New York Times question "Why has there been a spike in anti-Asian hate"?
To those who expect me to whip myself into a patriotic lather over China's supposed mistreatment of their Muslim population, l say, "Great, but let's start with the Palestinians."
Uighur activists and supporters say that leaked Chinese documents that reveal the government's plans to detain millions of ethnic minorities in the Xinjiang region are 'truly chilling' and prove 'genocide.'
Elizabeth Warren, a Democratic candidate for the 2020 US election, said the trove of documents is a 'horrifying human rights violation'.
I am confused.... I thought there was an NGO report concluding there is genocide in China. Is there not currently by definition genocide occurring in China?
Brilliant piece!

You’ve always been good, but the last two months have been great. I can’t wait to see where you go from here.
Followed you link supposedly discrediting the claim of the CCP committing genocide. Not exactly convincing. Don't be Walter Duranty.
Well, and this....
